This Privacy Policy explains how Dreamancy ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. We take the privacy of your dream descriptions seriously.

1. Information we collect

• Your dream description (text you submit), in order to generate your reading.
• Account data (email address) if you sign in.
• Reading results generated from your dream description.
• Usage and device data (e.g. analytics, IP-derived region) to operate and improve the Service.

Payment details are collected and processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your full card details.

2. Your dream description & sensitive data

Your dream description is used only to produce your dream interpretation. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell it. Where your dream description may be considered sensitive personal data under your local law, our legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given when you submit it.

3. How we use your information

• To generate, deliver, and let you revisit your reading.
• To process payments (via Lemon Squeezy) and provide support.
• To maintain security and improve the Service.

4. Retention & deletion

We retain your dream descriptions and results for as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your dream descriptions, results, and account at any time by emailing support@dreamancy.my. We will delete the data unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Your rights (GDPR & similar)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@dreamancy.my. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — for example our AI provider (Google) to process your dream description, our hosting and database provider, our analytics provider, and our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not sell your personal data.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the Service and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or any consent banner we present.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
